1) Так назывались земли в районе Малой Охты, ранее принадлежавшие соратнику Петра I Я. Ф. Долгорукову. В 1913 г. там была создана железнодорожная станция Дача Долгорукова, которая в начале XXI в. была перестроена в Ладожский вокзал. 2) Дачей Долгорукова также ранее называли дачу на Каменном острове, принадлежавшую В. В. Долгорукову. После её продажи она стала известна как Дача Ольденбургского.
